MCU Has High Speed, High Endurance, Low Power RAM Built-In

Fujitsu Semiconductor America, Inc. has launched a new 8 bit MCU for general-purpose applications, featuring Ferroelectric Random Access Memory (FRAM) embedded in a single-chip.

Specifications :

  • MCU – MB95R203A
  • Power Supply – 1.8Vmin – 3.6Vmax
  • Bus Width – 8 bits
  • FRAM Capacity – 8Kb Non-Volatile.
  • A/D Converter, UART, I2C, Timers, I/O Ports-16.
  • On-chip, One-pin debug.
  • On-chip, built-in Oscillator.
  • 20-Pin SOP or 24-Pin DIP Packages

Advantages :

By embedding FRAM within an MCU total cost and footprint has been reduced.  It will simplify system design. This architecture has eliminated the interconnections between MCU and external RAM and thereby significantly improved the transaction speed between MCU and the embedded memory, resulting in performance that exceeds Flash or EEPROM.

ASUS has the status one among the largest motherboard manufacturing organizations in the universe. Its product range is huge in mother board segment alone, as a result of which the new product versions are named with their respective suffixes in addition to the model numbers, to bring more clarity to the user.

Considering the examples of “WS Professional” and “WS Revolution’ motherboards WS gives indication of Model number of board working as Work Station, whereas professionals are contemporary work station. The WS Revolution board is a complete with full features of free designing, which is a great product; can be appropriately deployed in business workstations, graphics workstations, and for use in gaming machines alike.

Intel Core i7-980X’s official: the six cores come to market

Yesterday we talked about it, and now it’s official. Intel’s new microprocessor, called the Intel Core i7-980X comes to innovate as few have done in the past.

Its features are already known by many, even more so after recent leaks. Its main attraction, bring the 6-core to our homes, which also emulate 12 threads through Hyper Threading technology. As we discussed, we speak of a CPU that is the manufacturing process to 32 nanometers and also brings an integrated GPU, as we see in all the latest models produced by this manufacturer.
(Update: Intel Core i7-980X does not include integrated GPU, which is quite logical considering the processor is and what is intended)

Intel has introduced the Core i7-980X in the GDC 2010, which we assume is a product that users want to focus gamer, one who seeks maximum performance on your computer in order to have the best frame rate per second the highest possible quality.
